Swan Analytical - Steam Water Analysis System

Hamilton had the pleasure of facilitating the design, procurement and construction of the Steam Water Analyser Systems for Swan Analytical's delivery to BHP's sites. This was a bespoke project that required innovation, agility and the highest of standards to align with BHP's requirements.

Project Overview:

Hamilton was commissioned to design, procure and construct three Water Analytical Containers for SWAS Equipment to enhance the steam and water analysis capabilities at BHP power sites. The scope included comprehensive aspects such as electrical and instrumentation design, mechanical design, procurement, and installation of stainless-steel racks, sinks, and benches. Additionally, water pipework for cooling and sample lines was designed and procured, with Swagelok tube and fittings supplied and installed. The project also entailed switchboard design, supply, and build to ensure seamless operations. Our collaborative approach with Swan Analytical, combined with technical expertise, ensures the seamless integration of advanced analytical systems, enhancing operational efficiency and reliability for our clients like BHP.
