Under the astute leadership of our Project Manager, Troy Small, the new Gas Compressor panel was successfully completed in July 2023 and exceeded the clients expectations. Client: Westside Corporation Location: Moura, QLD Completion: July 2023 Project Overview: Beginning with conceptual design and engineering packages, our team meticulously developed project drawings, laying the groundwork for offsite manufacturing and procurement of necessary components, including replacement compressor instrumentation. As part of our commitment to quality assurance, we conducted FAT testing of the compressor control panel, ensuring compliance with stringent standards and hazardous area regulations. Upon completion, our skilled technicians oversaw onsite installation, managing demolition, cabling replacement, and wiring modifications, all while adhering to hazardous area standards. Finally, our involvement extended to commissioning activities and the delivery of comprehensive as-built drawings and MDR handover packages, reflecting Hamilton's dedication to delivering excellence at every stage of the project lifecycle.     < Back Bundaberg Brewed Drinks Facility Upgrade Hamilton is proud to share the successful completion of our scope of works for the new Bundaberg Brewed Drinks Facility, a stones throw from their original and iconic master brew house. Project Managed by Nick Hamilton, the facility opened it doors to the public in November 2023 to showcase the outstanding upgrades and capabilities of the new plant. Client: Bundaberg Brewed Drinks Location: Bundaberg QLD Completion: 2023 Project Overview: Our scope of works included the comprehensive supply and installation of all control wiring, IFM Instrumentation, and main switchboard installation and commissioning. Additionally, our team managed the Brewhouse, CIP, and communication network installation and commissioning, along with Hazardous Areas Installations and Inspections. We utilised Stainless Steel Cable supports for enduring durability, executed a complete I/O Link and ASi Buss installation to enhance communication efficiency, and established strict hygienic protocols for product integrity and safety. Our flexible workforce facilitated seamless coordination with other construction disciplines, maximising efficiency.     < Back Coca Cola Australia Project Omega Hamilton successfully completed a project for Coca Cola Europacific Partners at their Richlands manufacturing facility. The project involved a comprehensive scope of works over a six-week duration. Under the expert management of David Harding, our dedicated team executed approximately 1100 man-hours to deliver the scope inline with the clients budget and time objectives. Client: Coca Cola Europacific Location: Richlands QLD Completion: 2024 Project Overview: The scope of works included the meticulous decommissioning of several process lines, Aseptic area and the filtration plant, which required hazardous area certification and expertise. Additionally, the relocation of MSB8 and the disconnection and retrieval of field instruments for future use aligned with our companies ethos to sustainable practices. Scheduled for completion in early 2024, this endeavour underscores Hamilton's commitment to quality workmanship, and highlights our unique skill sets in Instrumentation and Hazardous Area construction projects.
